  • Misrepresent your identity, business affiliation, or supplier relationships.

  • Circumvent the established quote and ordering processes.

4. Content

• User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Service, such as parts requests, vehicle information, or messages. By submitting content, you grant PartsWeb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with operating the Service.
• PartsWeb Content: All content provided by PartsWeb, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

5. Parts Procurement Process

• Intermediary Role: PartsWeb acts as an intermediary platform connecting garages with genuine parts suppliers. We facilitate the quote and order process but are not a party to any transaction between garages and suppliers unless explicitly stated.
• Quotes and Orders: All quotes requested and orders placed through the Service must be processed through our designated workflow. Circumventing the platform's processes is prohibited.
• Payments: All payments must be made as directed by the suppliers through their established payment channels. PartsWeb does not process payments directly unless explicitly stated.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.partsweb.co.uk/privacy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your business information.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, accuracy, or suitability of parts or suppliers accessible through the Service.
• PartsWeb is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders, quality of parts, or supplier performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, PartsWeb, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us directly, if any, for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartsWeb and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
